iBoosts deeply respects the intellectual property rights of others and mandates that our community of users do the same. In strict accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to valid claims of copyright infringement committed using the iBoosts platform that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our platform (including listing images, game accounts, keys, or boosting materials) infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, including the exact URL of the listing or the direct image asset link.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to severe liability for damages.

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notification of the alleged infringement.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, iBoosts has adopted a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the platform for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

iBoosts is an independent digital goods marketplace. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any game publishers or developers (including but not limited to Riot Games, Epic Games, Valve Corporation, or Roblox Corporation).

All game titles, associated names, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. The listings provided by sellers on this platform are independent offerings, and iBoosts acts solely as an escrow and discovery platform.
