These Terms of Service govern your use of the iBoosts platform. Please read them carefully to understand your rights, our policies, and the limitations of our liability.
By accessing or using the iBoosts platform ("Platform"), you hereby agree to accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not accept all of these terms, please do not use this Site.
Eligibility: You may not use the Site if you are not of legal age (18 years or older) or lack the necessary consents to form a binding contract. iBoosts reserves the right to verify the age and nationality of any user.
Single Account: Each user may maintain only one account on the Site. The creation, control, or use of multiple accounts by the same individual or entity is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or shared.
iBoosts acts as a marketplace and a venue that allows users to offer, sell, and buy digital products and services. As a marketplace, iBoosts does not own the items listed on this site.
By accepting these Terms, Sellers authorize iBoosts to act as a commercial agent on their behalf to conclude contracts for sale with Buyers and accept payments. Because iBoosts is merely an intermediary, we have no control over and do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised, nor the truth or accuracy of user content. You use the Site entirely at your own risk.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. iBoosts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect information is false, or if user conduct is harmful to the platform.
KYC Verification: To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, iBoosts may require any user (Buyers or Sellers) to complete Identity Verification (KYC) via our partners before completing transactions or withdrawing funds.
Inactive Accounts: iBoosts reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of $5.00 USD per month for any account where no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. This fee will be deducted from any available account balance. We will not charge fees exceeding the available balance.
Binding Sales: All sales are binding. Sellers are responsible for accurately listing their items, and Buyers are responsible for reading descriptions before purchasing. Sellers must deliver the item promptly based on the agreed-upon SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Taxes: All listing prices must include applicable taxes. Users are solely responsible for paying any sales, use, or income taxes arising from their transactions on the Site. iBoosts is not liable for settling these taxes or filing obligations on behalf of users.
Assumption of Risk: Buyers purchasing services that involve account sharing (e.g., Solo Queue boosting) acknowledge that such actions may violate the Terms of Service of third-party game publishers. Users fully assume all Transaction Risks, including game bans, account suspensions, or loss of digital assets.
iShield System: All transactions utilize our proprietary iShield system to guarantee safety for both buyers and sellers. iShield automatically activates the moment a buyer successfully completes payment, holding the funds securely until delivery is confirmed.
Seller Warranty & Fund Release: To protect against fraud and ensure buyer satisfaction, funds are released based on the category of the item sold:
Attempting to bypass the iShield payment system or encouraging users to transact off-platform will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
Chargebacks: Once an order is marked as completed and delivered, the sale is final. Issuing a payment chargeback on a completed order is considered a severe breach of this Agreement. Users who issue fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned, and iBoosts reserves the right to levy fines, withhold iShield protected funds, and utilize collection agencies or legal counsel to recover lost funds and damages.
Buyer Protection: If a digital good or service is not delivered or significantly deviates from the listing description, iShield steps in. When a dispute is opened, iShield freezes the payment until the issue is resolved. If the item was not delivered, you will receive a full refund.
Dispute Protocol: Users agree to submit complaints directly to iBoosts for mediation rather than seeking third-party arbitration while an order is pending. iBoosts mediates disputes based solely on on-platform evidence (secure chat logs, site data). Deals conducted via off-site communication lose all iShield protection.
If a Seller is required to reimburse a Buyer, the Seller authorizes iBoosts to deduct the reimbursement amount (or associated fines up to $100 USD) from their account balance or designated payment method.
Users represent and warrant that their use of the platform will not involve:
"As-Is" Provision: The features and services on the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. iBoosts expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
iBoosts and its affiliates shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, defects in goods purchased, unauthorized access to your data, or any actions taken by third-party game developers (including account bans).
Regardless of the previous provisions, if iBoosts is found to have liability, its liability is strictly limited to the greater of: (a) the amount of the specific transaction in dispute, (b) the total fees the User paid to iBoosts in the 12 months prior, or (c) $100 USD.
Each User hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iBoosts, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any and all losses, claims, and liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from:
iBoosts reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
iBoosts is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any game developer or publisher, including but not limited to:
All game titles, names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners. iBoosts claims no ownership over this intellectual property. Use of these trademarks is covered by fair use principles.
Applicable Law: You agree that the laws of the State of Delaware (or the jurisdiction where iBoosts operates), without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement.
Prohibition of Class Actions: You and iBoosts agree that each of us may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt to negotiate in good faith for 60 days. If unresolved, disputes must be resolved exclusively by a competent court in the designated jurisdiction.
